Welcome to a versatile banking experience with GTWorld!

GTWorld is a mobile application designed to empower users with convenient banking services such as fund transfers (within Own Account, GTBank Accounts, and other banks) and bill payments for services like DSTV/GoTv, ECG, Ghana Water, Surfline, as well as topping up airtime.

This app essentially serves as the mobile version of the bank's internet banking platform, allowing you to seamlessly manage your accounts and conduct transactions on-the-go. GTWorld prides itself on its robust security features and user-friendly interface.

• Manage accounts and review transaction history
• Initiate transfers to various accounts
• Top up airtime and data for all networks
• Pay bills
• Request account statements
• Update personal details like email and phone number
• Securely link your profile to a device using PIN or Token for transactions
• Allow other authorized users to perform transactions using Token authentication on your device

To begin using GTWorld:

• Search for 'GTWorld' on your App store, then download/install the application
• Launch the app and enter your User ID and password
• If you forget your password, click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page for a reset
• During your initial login, verify your device. Select 'Yes' if it's your trusted device and choose a transaction method (PIN or Token)
• If opting for a PIN, create a 4-digit PIN and agree to the Terms of Use. You can switch between PIN or Token in the Settings Menu
• A 6-digit secure code will be sent via SMS to verify your device. Enter this code in the app to successfully link your phone to your account profile
• If you choose Token authentication, a 5-digit secure code will be sent for device verification. Enter this code to link your phone successfully and start using GTWorld
• You have the flexibility to use multiple devices. During the initial login, select "No! This device is not mine" if applicable
